1. Age and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access the product catalog or purchase products. By confirming the site’s age acknowledgment, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you purchase for an organization, you must have authority to act on its behalf.

2. Laboratory research use only

All peptides offered by 415 Fitness are intended exclusively for laboratory research. They are not for human or animal consumption, administration, or use as a drug, supplement, cosmetic, or treatment. Do not purchase these materials for personal use or provide them to others for a prohibited use.

You are responsible for ensuring that the intended research, purchase, possession, handling, storage, and disposal comply with applicable laws and laboratory requirements. Materials should be handled only by people with appropriate training, facilities, and protective equipment.

3. Product information

Product names and listed quantities describe the materials offered. Website content is for catalog information and is not medical advice or guidance on dosing or administration. Product illustrations are representative; actual packaging may differ. Do not assume a purity level, certification, or batch result unless supporting information is expressly provided for that product.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Your order total includes the product subtotal, sales tax, and the shipping charge shown at checkout. Review your items, quantities, address, and total before paying. Product availability and prices may change before an order is accepted.

Zelle is the selected payment method. Send payment only after 415 Fitness provides its receiving details and confirms your order and total. Adding products to a cart or submitting a message or peptide request does not place an order. An order is accepted only when 415 Fitness confirms acceptance.

We may decline orders involving unavailable products, an incorrect listing, inaccurate information, suspected fraud, or prohibited use. If an order is not accepted after payment has been received, that payment will be refunded.

5. U.S. shipping only

We accept orders for delivery within the United States only. We do not accept international orders or ship internationally. Shipping is through USPS at a flat rate of $8 per order, or free when the product subtotal is over $200 before tax.

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address, including any apartment or unit number. Processing information will be provided before ordering opens. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates, and delays may occur. Contact us if an accepted order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged.

6. Responsible use and legal rights

You are responsible for using the materials solely for their stated research purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 415 Fitness is not responsible for losses caused by prohibited use or improper handling of the materials. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limits any rights you have under applicable law.

7. Website use and customer requests

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful or misleading content. Information submitted through Contact us or Request a peptide is used to review and respond to your submission. A request for a new peptide does not guarantee that it will be stocked.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. Changes to purchase terms apply to future orders and do not retroactively alter an accepted order. These terms are governed by California law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
